General

The present website https://www.postscriptum.com.gr (hereinafter referred to as “Website” for short) belongs to the company with the name “POST SCRIPTUM PRIVATE COMPANY” and the distinctive title “POST SCRITPUM” located in Patras (44 Riga Feraiou Street).

The use of the electronic pages and services of the Website by the visitor/user is subject to his/her unconditional agreement with the present terms of use, which apply to all the content, pages, graphics, images, photographs and files included in the Website (hereinafter for short “the Terms of Use”). Therefore, the visitor/user must carefully read the Terms of Use before using its services and, if he/she does not agree, he/she must not use the services and the content of the Website.

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Terms of Use and any integral part thereof at any time without notice. The Company will post the current version of the Terms of Use in order to keep the visitor/user informed. The visitor/user is requested to check the content of these pages at regular intervals for possible changes. The continued use of the pages and/or services of the Website even after any changes means the unconditional acceptance by the visitor/user of the amended Terms of Use.

Apart from the expressly mentioned exceptions (copyright of third parties, partners and institutions), the Website includes content that constitutes intellectual property of the Company, which is also the administrator of the Website and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek and European law, as well as the relevant international conventions. Use within the context of a business, service or organization is not a private use. For educational or research purposes only, the reproduction or storage of individual pages or data is permitted, provided that they are accompanied by an indication of their origin on the Website and the names of the authors (if they appear on the Website), and provided that the relevant industrial and intellectual property rights are not in any way affected. Website validity – Limitation of liability

The Company makes every effort to ensure that all content and information appearing on the Website is, as far as possible, characterized by accuracy, clarity, correctness, completeness, timeliness and availability, however, it does not guarantee that the pages, services, options and contents will be provided without interruption and without errors, as well as that errors will be corrected. Also, the Company does not guarantee that the Company or any other related website or the servers (“servers”), through which they are made available to the visitor/user, are provided free of “viruses” or other harmful components. The Company does not guarantee under any circumstances the correctness, completeness or availability of the contents, pages, services, options or their results. The Company shall not be liable for any form of damage suffered by the visitor/user of the pages, services, options and contents of the Website which he/she undertakes on his/her own initiative and with knowledge of the Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use, as well as any modification thereof, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Greek law, European Union law and relevant international treaties. The competent courts for the resolution of any dispute shall be exclusively the courts of Athens, Greece.
